Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Identity of the seller

Sales made through this shop are carried out by Julianny Nuñez García, holder of Spanish tax identification number (NIF) 54559264K, with registered address at Carrer d'Estruc, 12, 08002 Barcelona, Spain, email address [email protected] and telephone number +34 676 746 280, trading under the name Goddess Hair.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of the products offered in the shop. Before completing an order, the buyer must read them and expressly accept them. Contracts are entered into in Spanish.

3. Products and prices

The essential characteristics, availability and price of each product are shown on its product page. Prices are stated in euros and include the taxes legally applicable, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before the purchase is confirmed.

Should there be an obvious error in the price or the description, we will contact the buyer before processing the order, so that it may be confirmed with the correct information or cancelled at no cost.

4. Purchase process

To make a purchase, select the products, review the basket, provide the details required for delivery and complete the payment. Before payment, a summary will be shown setting out the products, quantities, price, taxes and applicable charges. Automatic receipt of the order does not amount to its acceptance if payment has not been authorised or the products are not available.

5. Payment

Payment may be made by bank card through a secure virtual POS terminal and by any other methods that may be enabled during the purchase process. Full card details are processed directly by the payment provider; Goddess Hair does not store them.

6. Confirmation, delivery and transfer of risk

Once payment has been authorised, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The available destinations, costs and estimated delivery times will be indicated before the order is completed. Delivery and transport incidents are governed by the terms set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

7. Withdrawal and returns

As a general rule, consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. The instructions, costs and legally applicable exceptions —including certain personalised products or items unsealed for hygiene reasons— are detailed on Shipping and Returns.

8. Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish legislation. If an item is defective, incorrect or does not match its description, the consumer may request the remedies to which they are legally entitled.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules, always respecting the consumer's statutory right to bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
